DR. FAISAL CHOUDHURY

Dr Faisal Choudhury is an adult Respiratory and Sleep disorder physician with sub-specialty interest in respiratory failure and sleep disordered breathing .
Dr Choudhury is also subspecialized in a range of sleep disorders such as parasomnias, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, obstructive/central sleep apnoeas, insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders. He also manages common respiratory disorders such as chronic cough, asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease , lung cancer and bronchiectasis. He is accredited in performing flexible diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy as well as Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) and pleural procedures. Dr Choudhury is involved in mentoring physician trainees and medical students and holds a Conjoint Lecturer position
with School of Medicine , University of NSW. He is appointed as a Respiratory and Sleep Disorder Physician at Camden and Campbelltown Public Hospitals and possesses the admitting right at Campbelltown Private Hospital.
DR. CONCEIÇÃO SANTOS

Dr. Conceição Santos is a Consultant Pulmonologist. She works as a Staff Specialist in the department of Thoracic Medicine at Camden and Campbelltown Hospitals. She treats diseases of the respiratory system including the upper airway, the lungs, the chest wall, the pulmonary circulation, asthma, lung cancer, mesothelioma, interstitial lung disease, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and pleural effusion. Her interests include chronic lung disease, pulmonary embolism, interventional pulmonology specially advanced pleural procedures. She is also interested in lung research and presented her papers in international conferences.
DR. DONG SEOK ( EDDIE ) YI

Dr. Dong Seok (Eddie) Yi obtained his Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine from the University of New South Wales in 2013. He has completed respiratory advanced training in 2021 at Bankstown, Wagga Wagga and St. Vincent’s Hospital. Dr. Yi is currently working as a Visiting Medical Officer at Campbelltown hospital. His interests include sleep medicine, chronic lung disease, respiratory failure, pulmonary embolism and tuberculosis. He is also interested in research and has presented at international conferences. Passionate about teaching, Dr. Yi was previously a conjoint associate lecturer for University of New South Wales and was awarded Clinical Dean’s Teaching Award. He is also actively engaged in education of basic physician trainees and was a local exam organiser for Royal Australian College of Physician. Dr. Yi is also a native speaker of Korean.

He graduated from the University of New South Wales and completed his specialist training at Canberra, Sutherland, and Concord Hospitals.Dr. Han manages a broad spectrum of conditions, including asthma, COPD, thromboembolic disease, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, and various sleep disorders. He is known for his compassionate and approachable demeanour, providing holistic care by collaborating closely with both patients and other healthcare professionals. Dr. Han is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

She maintains equipment and get the inventory ready for everyone to use. She follows the protocols to align with the Medicare and standard practice in Australia.
Her passion for sleep consultancy and support for the patients is extraordinary. She is an expert in technical solutions and machine troubleshooting for PAP machines.
YVONNE HUYNH
Respiratory Scientist

As our senior scientist, Yvonne liaises with treating doctors and is passionate and enthusiastic about ongoing development and continual education on respiratory function testing with our team. She understands the importance and demand to efficiently deliver a respiratory function measurement service to patients in South Western Sydney Health District and to meet the high standard and maintenance and quality control of equipment and procedures for an accredited laboratory. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Master of Science degrees from the University of Sydney. She also studied Integrated Body Therapies at Australasian College of Natural Therapies and Nutrition at the University of Wollongong.

Teresa is a respiratory scientist who has been working in the respiratory and sleep field since 2019. She has also previously worked as a sleep scientist and CPAP consultant. Graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Medical Science, and passionate about accessible healthcare. Teresa takes pride in her ability to conduct respiratory function testing in a professional yet warm manner while adhering to ATS guidelines to produce results of high standard, which aids in the early detection and management of pulmonary disease and sleep disorders. In her spare time, she enjoys pottery, board games, live music and playing badminton.
