To see one of our Respiratory and Sleep Physicians or for a sleep study or lung function test you will need a referral from your General Practitioner or Specialist. You can download and print one of the referral forms from the links on this page or your doctor can write their own referral.

Your appointment will occur in our clinic. Please bring along the list of your medications, relevant x-rays or CT scans of your chest and the results of any past breathing tests or sleep studies. If you have a CPAP or BiPap machine, please bring the machine and mask with you.  You can contact our reception at 02 9058 5819  if you need any assistance.
